At Alex Evenings, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
